2ND AVE NORTH HISTORIC RENOVATION

This historic building in downtown Birmingham was once a department store with very little natural light and dated materials covering all of the original structural elements.  We made the decision to strip everything away and highlight the materials that were used to building the building in the early 1900's.  The building was renovated for a business to expand into from the adjacent building, and for a retail tenant on the ground floor.
